Practices and hospitals interested in submitting 2015 data to CMS should complete enrollment by November 15th. 
How to Enroll:
ASNC has created an online sign-up portal to facilitate the enrollment of practices/hospitals in the registry. Anyone may register your institution and generate an email to your authorized agent for e-signing the participation agreement.
Beyond PQRS submission, we strongly encourage all practices/hospitals to enroll in the registry regardless of whether or not you are prepared to submit data. ImageGuide will make national aggregate information available to all registry participants regardless of whether you have contributed data to the registry.

Free Participation to Members:
Participation is free for ASNC members through 2015. The annual fee to participate in the registry for non-ASNC members is $500/physician.

Data Submission Methods:
We offer data submission either through a web-based data collection tool and through ASNC certified reporting vendors (INVIA, Cedars-Sinai, Syntermed). For more info

Important Dates to Remember:
November 15th: Deadline to enroll for participation in 2015 PQRS using all data submission methods.
Q4 2015: INVIA, Cedars-Sinai, and Syntermed will be ready to deploy an update to their products for participation in ImageGuide
