CMS released CY2019 Proposed MPFS and OPPS Payment Charts
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the CY2019 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Final rule and the CY2019 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment Systems (OPPS).
Note: the addition of 0482T: Absolute quantitation of myocardial blood flow, positron emission tomography (PET, rest and stress). 0482T is a category III code and may be used in conjunction with 78491 and 78492.
