ASNC Congratulates 2020 Young Investigator Awardees

ASNC extends thanks and recognizes all of the participants in the 2020 Young Investigator Award (YIA) competition.
We congratulate the following recipients of this year's awards:
For Basic Science: Jakub Toczek, PhD, for "TSPO-targeted PET Imaging in Aging Hearts"
For Clinical Science: Syed Bukhari, MD, for "Development and Validation of a Diagnostic Model for Transthyretin Cardiac Amyloidosis"
Each of YIA competitors received a $500 cash prize. The awardees will receive an additional $1,000.
More than 65 original basic science and clinical research abstracts were accepted for presentation at ASNC2020 and are now published in the Journal of Nuclear Cardiology.
