Participation Policy
ASNC is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for all participants and ASNC staff. All participants are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. ASNC has zero tolerance for any discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff.
• Recording or transmission of session, demo, or content is prohibited.
• Photos or screenshots of Q&A or chat room activity is prohibited.
• All participants must comply with moderator instructions and ASNC event staff.
• Presentations and messages should not contain promotional materials, job offers, product announcements, or service solicitation. ASNC reserves the right to remove such messages and may ban their sources.
• Any direct selling of products/services in any virtual platform public area is prohibited. Selling must be conducted during mutually agreed upon private conversations.
Photo Release Acknowledgement
I understand and agree that my participation in ASNC2024 constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. I hereby acknowledge and grant permission to ASNC to use my likeness or image in photographs or videos taken during ASNC2024 held on September 5-7, 2024 in Austin, Texas for the purposes of print and digital promotional materials.
Registration Cancellation Policy
The ASNC2024 registration fee is partially refundable if you cancel in writing by 11:59pm EDT on August 8, 2024. Note, that any cancellation made by August 8, 2024 is subject to an administration fee of $100 for physician registrants in the U.S./Canada and $50 for all other registrants. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to: info@asnc.org. Please allow three weeks for processing. Refunds will not be processed for no-shows. The registration fees for all sessions and events are non-transferable to another participant.
