Enjoy the enchanting Austin city skyline like never before! Cruise into an evening journey filled with appetizers, cocktails, and lively music. As twilight falls, get the chance to witness one of Austin’s most mesmerizing sights: the breathtaking emergence of thousands of bats* from beneath the Congress Avenue Bridge! The event will be advertised through event promotions such as emails, app notifications, signage, and the ASNC2024 meeting webpages and printed program. The Sponsor will receive 3 complimentary cruise tickets, 30 drink tickets, and the opportunity to create and name a signature cocktail.

 

OPENING COCKTAIL RECEPTION The Thursday evening reception to welcome all attendees will be advertised through signage, and it will appear on the ASNC2024 meeting agenda & sponsored events page in the Final Program, both print and online versions. Sponsor will have the opportunity to create and name a signature cocktail and branded food item.

WOMEN IN NUCLEAR CARDIOLOGY (WIN) RECEPTION The purpose of the Women in Nuclear Cardiology “WIN” reception is to foster a sense of community between women and those who support women in the field of nuclear cardiology. Sponsorship includes recognition in the program and mobile app, step and repeat photo wall, signage, up to 5 complimentary guests, and 10 drink tickets
